Aerospace manufacturer in Brea, CA seeking a new CSR/Sales Admin to join their team!
Hours are Mon-Fri 8a-430pm. The role will be specifically managing the company's SpaceX account (candidates must come from aerospace indsutry background).
Responsible for responding to request for new, missed or updated documents from the customer service staff.
Handle requests for documents such as NAFTA, ROHS, etc.
Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Input information as required into the ERP system.
Provides engineering support for quality issues.
Identifies customer quality requirements by analyzing customer purchase orders and creating a quality plan meeting
those requirements. Reviews company's Bill of Material and adds quality requirements. Also, evaluates suppliers'
purchase orders ensuring they are approved sources and conform to quality requirements defined on Bill of Material.
Compiles and verifies proper and accurate documentation for part prior to shipping.
Assist with ISO9001/AS9100 documents as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
